Yo guys hear me out: Maggie has never grew in 32 whole years of The Simpsons, you wonder why? Because she is half an alien and probably those aliens take centuries to grow so is explained why Maggie never gets old. Also, biologically speaking, if Maggie is fertile that means those aliens are the same species of the human because an animal can give birth only after having sex whit another animal of the same species. Damn... post nut clarity hits hard sometimes...
Yo guys hear me out, Anon is retarded and doesn't know what he's saying. No one grew up and baby among interspecies exist. Horse+Donkey, Horse+Zebra...It's a thing, and the one of the "only" downside is the baby will not be able to reproduce.
She's not actually half alien, tho. These scenes were taken from one of those "non-canon" (using quotes because continuity in animated sitcoms like this or FG is usually kinda fucky) Halloween anthology-type episodes.
