^ Canonically yes, but the image clearly shows Mewtwo with breasts. Ands theres no indication to show Mewtwo is a different gender in the image. So Anon2 wouldnt be wrong in assuming that this Mewtwo was a girl. And considering the fact that you cant ask an image its gender, you cant really know if it identifies as another gender, unless the artist of this piece states otherwise. So stop trying to be morally superior.
Fun fact: this pokemon is both male and female. As proven by comics, this species has both a penis, and a vagina. It also has reproductive organs for both genders, as for such, Mewtwo can reproduce by itself. Thus being a both no-gender AND a double gender, Mewtwo is not a Pokemon, nor is it a human. Being it's own species, it is also possible to catch Mewtwo in a regular PokeBall. Master-Balls are the preferred method though. If you happen to run into a Mewtwo, it's type is Psychic. Use higher than level 40 pokemon, or use a Master Ball. Mewtwo also has a Speed form, and a Fighting form. Mewtwo's Speed form will always attack first, regardless of quick attack or your Pokemons speed. Its fighting form is quite easier to defeat though, as if you use a pokemon above level 60, you can combo move it and win the fight. Mewtwo is a very rare Pokemon that will always spawn above level 55 , and there is only one Mewtwo in the game (From the Wiki) and in the original games,it was very rare to have a level 90 Mewtwo, and a Mew. Mew is basically the genetic material that Mewtwo is made of, thus Mew technically being the parent/guardian of Mewtwo, hence forth the name Mewtwo. Mew is stronger and faster than Mewtwo. Mew is also smaller, and can warp time and space. There is also a glitched pokemon named Missingno, being a glitched pokemon that was extremely rare and hard to find. It was very respected as a pokemon if you had one. In the lore, Missingno is supposedly a god that scales higher than Arceus, a Omniversal class being who created the entire Multiverse. Arceus is able to switch it's type in an instant, having no known weaknesses. It also possesses a total of 1500 health, 2000 damage, and a special ability to intimidate the enemy, lowering all their stats for that battle, Missingno is able to directly compete with Arceus's power and speed. Arceus is able to manipulate space, time, reality as we know it, and the fabric of reality at will. Missingno is able to do all of these aswell. Being an Omniversal class being just like Arceus. The main reason that Arceus doesn't fight Missingno, is because if they fought, reality would collapse in on itself, destroying everything. If Missingno were to kill Arceus, then it would be the supreme being/god. Being able to crash reality and space time. Additionally, Missingno is able to absorb pokemon below it's power level. In this case, being able to absorb every legendary Pokemon ever. If missingno we're to do this, he would be even stronger than Arceus. Being able to kill him easily. Thanks for reading.
