There's a LOT to unpack here. First: the body as a whole is rely skinny aside from the boobs. That's kinda creepy. Second: there's way to much hair for it to be just standing up like that. Third: THAT FUCKING FACE.I'm sure you can improve and I encourage you to do so but please do some more practice first.

I'm pretty sure she's meant to be skinny going by how her hand & arms look. Also, Saiyans are kinda known for wild, ridiculously huge hairstyles so that's kind of brand. The face also just also seems to be intentionally selling the look.
