I don't like actual pregnancy as a fetish, but i'd be lying if i said i wasn't a fan of the body type. With a character like the Major, who (presumebly) can't get pregnant in canon, it's actually quite interesting! Perhaps she requested this shape as a body modification?

She said in the movie that she can't give birth, but there's no reason to suspect that was an incurable condition - perhaps in her later life she got her cyberbody upgraded to permit her to become pregnant.If a cyberbody can support a biological human brain, there's no reason to suppose it can't support a biological human womb as well. All Motoko needs to do is get a clone uterus grown from her DNA, have it implanted and then acquire some suitable sperm from any number of available sources and *bam* she's pregnant!
