The big problem with this card is that it doesn't say anything about it ending your turn automatically after a set time. So you could just never end your turn and it would fuck her forever. It should have said something like "you must pay 100 LP for each minute."

Each minute doesnt make a fucking difference either dumbass. You understand thatif you activate that card its not even a duel anymore bruh, Either Akiza dies/surrenders from all that sex. Or you lose the duel.
