See the water behind D.Va? That's why! The characters will have less shiny effect in the second part of the animation.

Havn't thought about it! But no, these SE do not come from HL :) I was thinking about making a Classic(Soft) Sound Effects Version and a Exaggerated(Hardcore) Sound Effects Version (that's the one here) for the final animation release... I'll probably make a poll to find out if it's a good idea or not.
