How is it even tracing? None of the camera angles even match this. The only way it could be tracing is if you could overlay the two and they perfectly synced up, camera and all.Even if he did do all that though, at least he'd be recreating an animation in 3D, which is a lot more effort than just tracing the line art of an image.
