He's trying to say "Don't be jelly, she will eat you" referencing the fact that Android 21 enjoys sweets, and jelly is a sweet, meaning she'd eat you. It's a bad joke.

I got a phone auto corrector to thank for stuff like that, but if you are so educated as you think you are maybe you would be able to see that there should be or insted of it and don't do much noise about it, well but if you are not able to see sarcasm and eufemizm maybe I did overestimated you
