I agree with @Bootscene. I first thought the image was on its side, and needed rotating 90 degrees - both of them sitting up while having sex - because of the position of her boobs. They wouldn't stay where the author put them, even if they were implants (at THAT size, anyway). It's not the most flattering angle to see large breasts at, but it's not like the internet isn't full of pornographic examples he (couldn't be a "she") could use as models. Like this, it's just too distracting... for me, anyway.
