Just open a patreon, subsribestar, etc.
Commissions are pretty dead, no one wants to pay $60 for one video, but I know hundreds of people would pay 2-20 dollars for a video every week or two.There is also the whole deal of being anonymous and it's kind of hard to do that with direct commissioning.
