pumpkinsinclair is one of the few western artists who can draw Nihon face properly. He probably isn't American, or may be Asian-American. Because your average Caucasian American literally thinks everyone from Asia should look like the Disney old Mulan cartoon or some WW2 anti-Asian propaganda cartoon. Or how most American cartoons like American dad draw an Asian person, which is basically a legacy image directly taken from the older American propaganda portrayals that in fact real artists at the time were hired by the government to create. Yes it really is that ridiculous, Asian characters in modern American cartoons are literally highly based on anti-Asian propaganda cartoons made by American artists during Chinese exclusion act, WW2, Korean war, Vietnam war etc. Still have never seen anyone with 30 degree eyes and actual yellow skin in my entire life, and I have been to these countries. But if you talk to your average redneck American teen, they are self convinced that this is what an Asian looks like. lolYou can literally get an actual Japanese person's picture and put it through a cartoon filter, then post it on a question site in the USA and the people will claim it can't be an Asian because it doesn't resemble the American cartoon Asian. This shows you how absolutely insane the USA's culture is.
