Modeseven is an excellent artist, but he's fascinated with aspects of the body that are just offputting to me.

Look at the dick head right under the glans, look how much more detailed and strained/tight the skin looks there. Look at how the shaft meets the head at such a sharp angle. He's drawing a grotesque and warped cock and is quite keen on doing so. It is incredibly oddly shaped, and a ton of effort was put into making it look particularly misshapen.

However, look at the dick's difference in overall size between each image. He has less concern for actual consistency than he does in making the dick look like it has peyronie's disease. And no it doesn't just grow, it's just two perspectives and they are wildly out of proportion with eachother.

The character who has that dick is a known shapeshifter who has been consistently shown to change the scale of her dick mid-sex. That could be a valid excuse.

It's not needed, however, as the dick is only potentially a different size in the second panel. Look at Cheese's mouth against it in first panel, then at it in third and fourth. The second is hard to tell because we don't know perspective, but it does look a touch out of place. I'll give you that.
