Quick question, if Neo is being pounded; can/does she moan? I mean, she gasped at the end of Volume 3, but even in the middle of battle she didn’t even grunt or anything.

No, in the latest volume, she finds Cinder who says "Let's talk" to which Neo just gestures to her own mouth, so Cinder says "...right." So Neo is physically indeed mute and would talk if she could
