This is appallingly stupid. Not only are her feet too close together and leg pressing with bare feet, it's not even a leg press machine! It looks like a bad Smith's machine which isn't even remotely right. Bad form, improper use of equipment. I am incredibly angry. Would still fuck tho
To those of you who say this is a "way to injure yourself" or think that this movement altogether is invalid, I encourage you to look up vertical leg press. While most modern pieces of equipment feature a flat surface to press with your feet, they didn't have such high tech equipment in the golden days of bodybuilding. Look back and you will see Arnold as well as others performing this exercise. He often worked out barefooted and pressed on a similar cylindrical structure that can be seen above, also known as "the bar". It's been performed by professionals and is not "hocus pocus".
Next point,
Her form is a bit rough using her body to generate some momentum but for any average gym thot this is okay. They aren't completely dedicated to becoming a Chad yet. Her feet are not too close together. You can go wide or narrow or wherever in between as long as it's not compromising your skeletal structure.
