I actually questioned Sana shortly after this pic was released. It wasn't traced, he was using Eigaka's art as a reference for this piece for a guy who commissioned him to draw 18 and Krillin to look EXACTLY like that. He even sent screenshots.

You can tell it's not traced because of the proportions/anatomy and style.
