It stands to reason that since Namine's memory powers can transform objects and records because they're basically physical memories, she could also transform people's bodies. And since the only restriction is that the target has to be connected to Sora (AKA "the Key that connects everything"), she could turn the universe into a bimbo paradise in a matter of days.
