The self-insertion thing makes me cringe hard, but the way he draws the girls and the outfit catches my atention.

I think the girls are actually interestingly drawn. The real cringe comes from the self insert character itself. Especially since it’s a REALLY bad one, literally just being a recolored Ben Tennyson model with a few bits taken out.
