Personally, I like the black frame insertions used at the beginning of so many vids these days. It's fucking genius. No animator wants their hours of work to be distilled down to a single arbitrary thumbnail.

Yes, it is. Looks like it's probably Sawmill, though I'm not entirely sure. The artstyle is definitely TF2 though.
