Just a quick heads-up for people who don't know, Fox and everyone else who rides a spaceship can't take off their boots. They removed their legs so they could have the boots replace them, and by doing that their bodies could sustain more G's than people with legs ever could. The science behind it involves blood rushing to your feet when you experience a certain number of G's, and when you experience very high G's all the blood that should be headed for your brain is headed for your feet, making you pass out.

No he doesn't the thing with the Star Fox Characters missing their legs always has been just a fan theory and was debunked by Miyamoto, as for the G-Forces, that's what G-Diffusers are for...
