Because, it sounds like you're saying that. If it's a male then it's okay to used/rape them... I have a very strong feeling that, if this was reversed. A lot of people maybe including yourself, would be demanding that this be removed and that it "encourage" rape on women.
Thought about it for a while after finding this again and yeah it kinda is a level or two higher than simple rape, doing that to someone in their sleep "MALE OR FEMALE" is a bit more fucked.
