Animation skills: 20

It honestly looks amazing but it also looks like the animation was an afterthought. Mostly because it either stretches or moves the stationary picture to create the animation. Add in a couple of freshly drawn frames and make the joints between different moving parts more fluid and it'll look ten times better.
