Thought servents couldn't get pregnant unless reincarnated by the grail or am i wrong?

You are correct.Servants lack a corporeal tangible body without a grail. When summoned they need a constant supply of mana to sustain their existence as the world fights to eradicate their presence. WHen they run out of mana they go back to the throne of heroes or elsewhere. A servant lacks the ability to get pregnant among other normal biological functions, but with a grail they can be given a real tangible living body, ignoring the whole possession of another being to incarnate for reasons as jeanne did in apoc and some servants do in chaldea, however the pregnancy would be of the person (say rin, in the case of ishtar) not the servant etc
