Maybe they are sterile, maybe they aren't. Mother of Geralt was Visenna, druid and sorceress while his father, Korin, was mercenary who liked choping, and he was doing it very good. That could be ideal and final consequence of Last Wish, for them to only be fertile with each other.
Plus Yennefer pregnant looks way too hot to pass up...
1
