I imagine she's a disgraced demon lieutenant, and she got caught or scapegoated for something. My headcanon for this pic is that she's still alive, watching her body carved up and eaten and disposed of, and when it's over she'll go on a shelf, just a head, unable to speak or even breathe. I imagine that this is a really humiliating fate for her, and she doesn't know when or if she'll ever have a body again. She might just be forgotten in a closet literally forever, for an infinite period of time.
