Very nearly. There are mods for Apple Bloom, Sweetie Belle, and Scootaloo, but they look like 8 year olds and it turns me off, so I left them out. There's also a mod for Panty/Stocking, but they are much lower quality than the others, so I left them out too. Finally, there is an assortment of different characters in the Halloween pack, each only doing one pose. You can see most of them here:

Are you talking about the anal scene at 16 seconds or the one at 40 seconds? I don't know if I'd call either of them cowgirl. The animation at 20 seconds is very obviously in cowgirl position, but there are no anal variants of that animation.
