It depends how much current is flowing through her hands, if the current was, let's say 10 milliamps, that would be quite painful while not being lethal nor leaving any serious burns, even if it went through her heart, I've had it happen to me so I can attest that it's painful but (sorta) safe. Not to mention it says that it shocks her even with one hand, meaning that the other electrode must be somewhere else (probably her crotch with all the wires there) meaning that not all of the current is flowing through her chest anyways.
