I've always had a thing for pregnant women; this desire to cuddle with one and sleep with her. Add this to my fascination and attraction to centaurides, and my pregnancy fetish takes on a whole new dimension. I would love to be with her throughout her term, cuddling with her and reassuring her. And I would still grip and massage that big round butt even during her foaling.
But I wouldn't use such a crude apparatus like what's on this drawing. I would be pressed up against her butt, making as much tactile contact with her back ports, massaging her and helping her relax as she pushes her foal out. I'll use my own hands to help guide the little one out, and hold the baby and clean it off once successfully delivered, and then call over to mommy to tell her that it's a boy or girl, how beautiful he or she is, and then bring the baby over to mommy's front half. I would love to be with her and stay with her for all of this.
