Apparently the pc version of the game will have a free optional uncut patch. I'm hoping that includes the sexual stuff like this.

I'm not. Madman (the dev) confirmed it himself on steam forums. there will be a patch and normally when there is a post release patch it means they had to cut the sexual content out to abide steam's rules, otherwise they can't sell it.

The way they've been marketing this game also suggests sexual content. Here they even tease some titty groping action:
