It isn't bad modeling and you can still tell who the characters are (mostly because of the costume).

But facially they don't look like the real characters.

Rikku here just looks like some standard model that you use in your other pictures and that you just threw the hair on her head to try to make it Rikku.

The proper Rikku looks like a Japanese woman but with blonde hair and swirly eyes as she is an Al bhed.

She is meant to have Japanese type face structure like that, eyes have large gap from eyebrows and aren't as inset as on your model, also the mouth and general skull shape is different.
