Not sure if OP is the creator, but I'm going to be critical for a bit. In a constructive way that is.

The animation and lighting need some work, look at the elbows, they're locked in place, even tough they're technically not restricted, and the shoulders are moving freely... Looks weird,
Also, tr to use ao mapping and normal mapping for the skin stuff, I know, she's a fictional character and all, but right now, it looks more like a rubber doll....

Also, try to improve lighting and shadows, the lighting and reflection makes the breasts look really fake...

On the plus side, its a good start, keep working on things and you'll get better, it shows potential.
