This is Motoko from the most recent one, Arise. Her eyes are now blue, they used to be like reddish eyes and purple hair and a bit more Asian looking.
This new Motoko actually does look now somewhat Caucasian, the new Motoko from Arise. She has a distinct nose ridge and eyebrows low on the face and clear bone structure that looks a bit Caucasian.
The old Motoko looked like a slightly long faced Japanese woman, but this new one really doesn't look much like many Japanese women at all. It looks more like some white woman who is a quarter Asian or something.
she is a full body cyborg. she could and has literately changed bodies over time. its even implied that the voice she usually uses is fake in gits she makes it up after merging with the puppet master and in arise it is the voice of her old commander.
I prefer this model of Motoko. She kind of reminds me of a cyberpunk android 18 type character design. Anime was pretty good too I think, But I watched it shit faced so i could enjoy later on by not clearly remembering it.
