Is the guy on the left wearing a strap-on because his dick is too small? Because that's what it looks like.

I appreciate the effort in the sounds and animation, but learn to make a model and blend colors first. Knowing how to run is useless if you can't even walk in a straight line yet.

The model doesn't come with a dick, and the result of sticking a dick that has no pubic hair to a body that does is of course going to look weird.

Using the half sword is quite popular for stabbing and increased pressure. The correct grasp has to be trained though, as not to cut oneself.
There's some techniques that even use the blade as a handle, like the Mordhau, although that technique seems to be used either for execution or to crack armour.
