Because it's animated with motion blurs...and motion blurs are called such in the first place because when an object moves in real life, it is blurred.

I feel the motion blur was a bad call. Sometimes you've gotta sacrifice realism for the aesthetics.

I wouldn't say the motion blur was a bad call, I just think there's too much for how little movement there is.
