I'd say so, especially since the rest of the pic is bloody fantastic. From the setting being in a public place, to being restrained like that, the look of terror on everyone(especially the rape victim herself), the bleakish color scheme and the huge thing penetrating that helpless bitch, it truly gives the sense of you can't fight back, accept your fate, helplessness.
