It would have been fun if there was a scene where you blow Garrus and he dumps a huge load into Shepherd's mouth, to the point that her checks are bulging and a little dinkles out the corner of her lips. Garrus then apologizes and try to find something for Shepherd to spit into, remembering Mordin's warnings. But the renegade option pops up and you can decide to swallow the whole thing like a proud little slut...
Cutting to a few moments later of Shepherd vomiting into the toilet, with Garrus gently patting her back.
