Hello, Sonic Transformed [insert word here] here, I do believe this is a secret in Sonic Transformed 3, after beating the final zone, Final Climax zone, or Ebony and Ivory, if you wait a bit after the credits roll, the "chibi-shadow" as its called will ask you if you want to see more, if you select yes, it will take you to what is internally referred to as the "Grand Finale", which is actually just Full Nelson Fuckfest, another game by Ctrl-Z. This might be another easter egg in said game, however this one might only be in Shadow Transformed 3 as the same character appears in a different "zone" in the same game, which is viewable through use of the stage select.
