I don't see the tag you speak of. Looks like it was removed. If I had to guess the futa tag was probably there to begin with because in lore it is stated that male and female super mutants lose their genital distinction and become physically gender neutral. since nightkin start off as S Mutants before the stealth boy mutates them further they would be physically gender neutral too
