I haven't watched this episode, but I know the names of the characters, and that is that boy's aunt, so......yeah.
The brat is Kentaro and the girl is his aunt, Shizue. Has kind of a kink with wanting to fuck young men, and her nephew saw her doing the nasty and eventually knocked her ankles loose if you know what I mean.
