Thats what Vaatu should have done after ripping Rava out, especially considering Korra has four elements instead of Unalaq's one and then he would have been unstoppable.
Doesn’t matter. One will grow within the other when they are destroyed. Sending vaatu into korra and binding their spirits. And it could take a couple years, sure. Unless the spirits inhabiting the hosts powers are directly effected by the state of the world and their host(they are). And guess who just broke the seal on the spirit world and flooded the world with chaos... korra. all it would take is the next avatar to get orphaned, sold as a slave/beaten, or just plain bullied and the darkness shall take over. The world shall quickly be plunged into absolute chaos since there’s easily influenced spirits everywhere now and turning them evil doesn’t even take much more than a bad attitude... man korra fucked up.
