Don't think it's cum. Believe it might be just water from a wet T-shirt contest. And shorts may be of a thin white material to allow everyone to see her maleness show through. That's the same thing he did with Meryl's sweater, and I'd say that Elodie is probably the most feminine (un-manly) of DmitryS' recurring "futa" OCs. Scarlett (my fav) and Emily are still developing. Plus, Emily is muscular, and Scarlett has an alternative, goth look (I like her style, but she loses a few femininity points). Roxy is feminine, but also gothic; and Charlie, whose body is very feminine, has an extremely masculine (and nasty) personality.

That's just my opinion, though; but I'm sure that most would describe Elodie as "feminine" even before her hair was long.
