This is from tabi no robo kara aka robot on the road,It was a one shot anime made in 2015 by around 100 people at around 10 minutes,It has to my knowladge never been officialy dubbed in english but there is a english subbed version and it is really interesting since it shows a potential future where robots are essentialy the same as humans when it comes to emotions but of course i recommend useing headphones or ear buds since it is quite loud of an one shot anime and since it has music
