Once fully developed, females will track a mate with their sense of smell, using a jacobson's organ similar (if weaker) to snakes'. Once they find a male, usually nearby a source of water, they will hide until he is vulnerable: either naked or asleep.
They will then use their mucus/saliva as a psychedelic, paralytic, and aphrodisiac. They will explore the human male orally first, to inspect their potential mate's health. By this point, the man will likely be unable to escape after ingesting/absorbing the female's fluids. His body will be too weak to run or overpower the female, while still driven to lust for her in a drugged state.
She will ready herself with the man's body, either his own tongue, fingers, or some other means. They do instinctively prefer to feed the male their sexual fluids directly, though there are exceptions. Attempting to raise/train a female in captivity will result in failure of one form or another. They will either escape or they will prey on their captor(s) for food or copulation. Any rumors of tamed specimens are fabricated or dangerously misleading.
