gif is a filetype that supports animation but not all gifs are animated

"animated_gif" is a tag that should never be used. It is aliased to "animated"...so use the "animated" tag instead. If you NEED to search for animated GIFs specifically then search "animated -webm" and that will only get you animated GIFs considering WEBM and GIF are the only two animated file types that are currently supported by the site.
