That looks like the Mach Bike... but... Rosalina is a heavyweight, she can't ride that... Well, it's porn. Mario Kart logic doesn't apply here.

Considering this was drawn while Mario Kart 8 was out, yeah, she can totally ride that bike. The artist just colored it to suit her better.
