The best way to fuck up any great work is to add this kind of bullshit but then again it's really a porn thing. I'm guessing it is supposed to be inane because it is porn but even then no one is truly mindless while they fap off to whatever if you put characters saying dumb shit in an image you're going to pay attention to it.
