It would be hella dangerous and difficult for these creatures to live in our world. I mean, don't get me wrong, the comic is funny, sexy and even outright hilarious at some points, but outside of the sex trades, these girls would have a really hard time at finding or keeping jobs, if their sex drives can be triggered this easily. Still, great comic, just saying.
Actually, Justaguy, it's explained how that is just not the case. In the comic it say that they all age this affect from humans, but it's mostly a lot less major. The character herself even says that her response is extreme. I would imagine that for most of their race, that it would be like having a voice at the back of your mind trying to get your attention.

So, in an attempt to address the concerns allow me to try and shed some light on this. To the best of my knowledge the puazi were created within Trials in tainted space (a text based sex game). This game is set hundreds of years from now after the establishment of a galactic federation composed of many sentient creatures from different planets, like the puazi. Assuming that this takes place within that universe, then the puazi depicted here have chosen to live on earth among humans despite their peculiar racial trait of going into heat around them. To be clear, they have hundreds if not thousands of other places they could live, space stations, their homeworld, even other inhabitable worlds that have a significantly lower population of humans. Assuming all this applies to the universe in this storyline then you can stop being concerned as the individuals in this work chose their situation. And based on the comic, it seems they chose this because they like it.
