Ariel is based on the Fairy tale "The Little Mermaid" from Hans christian Andersen. Hell many famous disney movies have those roots

Faith's real name was Allerleirauh. (pronounced Al-ler-lay-RA) So where did the writer of Fables come up with naming her "Faith"?
