Really? Her head gets wider and that's how she moves?? How did this get so messed up? You got lots of other great movement in there...you don't know the skull doesn't elongate when pulled?

you're right, honestly. I was terrible at the time, but this was literally the first and only animated thing i ever did, and i was just dragging lineart around because i wanted to see this happen, and then after that I was like "might as well throw it up on hentai foundry." I'm slowly learning how it works, but it's not easy to do if you have zero animation training .__.
