@Anon1120622 Did you never watch Batman: The Animated Series, which this picture is clearly meant to be a reference to? This art is a reference to episode 30, Tyger, Tyger. In that episode, Catwoman was captured by a scientist named Emile Dorian (former partner of Kirk Langstrom/Man-Bat and one of the original guys who created splicing) and taken to an island where Dorian turned Selina into a humanoid cat. The other character here is Tygrus, a creature that Dorian created that wanted to take Selina as a mate in her transformed state. It helps when you know what youre talking about.
