Are you fucking kidding me? Ok, that's either because
A. You'll be sunburned to a crisp and in a hospital bed in extreme pain
Or B. Because black people's tans are way less noticable (or at least less so than a lighter skinned person's)

chamaco69, that would be Bonnie, not Donna. Donna is Cleveland's current wife.

Also, even the proportions in this are bad. Her head is just barely bigger than one of her tits in the last panel.
